FAQ
I own multiple cameras. Do I need multiple Pro subscriptions?
Yes. Pro covers the camera you're using, so two cameras running at the same time need two subscriptions. There's no academy or multi-seat rate — three courts running at once is three cameras and three subscriptions, $30 a month.
Can one camera call lines?
Yes. For accurate professional-level line calling we recommend the dual-camera setup, with a camera on each net post — but a single camera calls lines.
Is Target Zone included, or do I need Pro?
Right now it's included at no extra cost, for everyone. When Baseline Pro launches you can start a 30-day trial whenever you're ready — it won't start on its own — and after that keeping it needs a Pro subscription.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free worldwide and tracked with UPS — your tracking number comes with the order confirmation. Most orders arrive within 10 days; we quote up to 14 business days for dispatch so we're never late on a promise. Depending on where you are, import duties and tax may be payable on top of the price.
